Watch 7 ultra phantom vibrating

Watch 7 ultra, all through the night and several times a day my watch will vibrate once, followed by 3 vibrates. No apps notifications, seemingly for no reason at all.

Anyone have a fix?

Do you know if your watch is still connected to the phone when it vibrates like that?

Yes, I believe it's still connected. I check the app immediately as it is happening and is connected then.

Having the same issue with my watch 7 ultra.
I did a web search which led me to this posting.
Many other postings are for Apple Watches having this issue. 
Hmmm, Samsung, did you copy everything from Apple? LOL! J/K.
I like my watch but can't figure out these random vibrations. 
Has to be something that does not require a reset!

Did you happen to remove permissions from Health Platform. It's a totally useless app on the watch that you can't uninstall. It does nothing for Samsung Health and just drains battery.
I neutered the thing and it seems to be where my troubles started with the random vibrations.
Battery life is improved though. Less than 2% per hour normal use, not tracking exercise right at the moment.
The watch at best is going to get a little over 2 days maybe. Kind of disappointing, but I digress.

That's good feedback. Then it isn't Health Platform causing the vibration. No to be confused with Samsung Health App.

So, I did a reset for another reason. Prior to the reset no random vibrations.
So, odd.

NFL app when I start a video or adjust volume it does this. All notifications, app settings, etc, are off.

Tried reset, clear cache, unpair/pair, etc. Nothing seems to work.
