Watch Ultra cannot add custom ringtones

I can add custom notifications to the watch ultra, but not the ringtones.

Does anyone know if you can? Hate paying a lot of money and not being able to.

I think it's been that way since Wear OS first came out to Galaxy Watch.

I can on the galaxy watch 4

I can put the files in the folder and it'll show up and I can pick the ringtone, but when you call the watch, its not the custom ringtone that is selected

Did you restart the watch?

I had to delete the ringtone and then add the back and restarted it and ringtone and notifications worked. I had to restart multiple times but it worked for me

I believe it was never posible
