I have literally tried everything and contacted support via chat and nobody seems to have a solution for this.

I have an 25 Ultra phone and an Ultra 7 watch.

The watch is findable when I go to the Wearables app and it shows the correct location of my watch. This is true of my phone, my S8+ tablet, and two pairs of Samsung earbuds Pro2 and Pro2). Everything works in functions correctly with find in both the app and the website, except the watch.

For some weird reason, when I go to the find my device website it shows my watch as offline, despite it being connected to my phone via bluetooth, and to the internet via both Wi-Fi and a mobile connection. I have gone through every setting and permission that is possible on all of the apps and they are all on the correct settings. I have reset the watch, I have restarted everything, reconnected everything, re-paired everything........but still the watch shows as "offline" and "Unknown location" for the website, even though in the wearables app it is found accurately without any issue. All my other devices function normally, including my phone, both sets of earbuds and my tablet, they all show up on the web correctly.

The customer service person I spoke to on chat ran through basic solutions, of course I did them all again, to no avail. They pretty much gave up at that point and told me to go to Best Buy, which I have no idea how or why they would help me since I didn't buy the watch there.

Has anyone else run into this problem? Any suggestions for a solution? I work in tech and I'm highly savvy with regards to how these things work, so not sure why I can't seem to get it fixed.

So I've tried removing and adding, find in the wearables app, find and smart things app, turning off and then turning back on all the settings, rebooting everything, enabling every location permission..... I'm totally at a loss for why this one device for this one aspect won't connect and show its location.

If it's findable in one app, that's really all you need. I know everyone hates an unsolved puzzle, but it's not like it can't be found at all. Can you find it with the Smart Things app? There are like 6 ways to find the device and as long as it can be found in at least one, you're good

No it's not, if I lose my phone and watch at the same time, I'm sunk. This is quite possible because they are both often left in gear bags when I surf, snowboard, DJ, etc. No phone, no app, no search capability. Not being able to find it from the website means that if it is stolen and the watch and phone aren't together, there is no way to find it at all. Besides......I paid for a watch that can be found via a website, everyone else who paid for the watch can find it via the website, I should also have the capability of finding it the same way
