Have brand new Samsung 7 watch and it's not receiving any notifications. I have factory reset the watch nurmous times. I even had Samsung support access my phone through Smart Tutor app last night. They couldn't figure it out either. I don't know to do at this point. Exchange watch for a different one? Is this a product problem or a tech problem that could be fixed by an update? My software is updated. Thank you.

I have the same problem and more. My Bud Pro started stopping mid conversation, especially when using one earbuds. I suggest you reset your watch to clear cache. I have done so with both my watch and earbuds. Most times, it is a cache problem. If it does not clear the problem, try clear cache on your phone as well.

Check if the notifications are turned off & you don't have have the mirror phone option toggled off or on depending on the app & notifications you'd like to recieve. Otherwise if you already reset it might just be a faulty piece of tech

@Jem25 First, check to see if the notifications are enabled to appear on your phone. If they are not, they won't be shown on the watch.

Second, open the Wearable app, open Watch settings, click on Notifications, click on App notifications. Make sure the items that you want to see are enabled.

Third, check the setting for the option "Show phone notifications on watch" and make sure the option you expect is selected.
