Watch faces aren't syncing

My Samsung wearable app on my S22 plus watch faces are not matching what is actually on my watch 5 pro. I have many watch faces on my Samsung watch 5 pro but on my Samsung rearable app they are not there. How do I fix this

The last update to the watch was supposed to fix this I thought. But if not follow the steps in this post. It's what I did to fix mine...
