Watch6 wearable issue

Accidently unpaired galaxy watch6 from galaxy 23+ phone now can't get it to connect again via Bluetooth or wearable app! Wants me to reset. I don't want to start over. Any help appreciated thnx

@Saveme0412406 If you reset, you should be prompted to select one of the former backups to restore your watch settings.
