Where do I see my SLEEP score and HEART information?

I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy Watch FE and wore it for the first time yesterday.  Previously I have been wearing a Fitbit watch for years.  The main information I want to see easily on a daily basis is sleep and heart rate.

The Fitbit app on my phone shows this information easily.  However, I don't see where this information is available on phone from the Samsung Galaxy Watch.

Which Samsung app on my phone will show my SLEEP information from wearing my Samsung Watch to bed and my daily heart rate?

@tdehan On your Samsung Watch FE is you swipe left you will get to a tile with the Sleep information. Same thing for heart rate. Also, many watch faces show your heart rate or can be configured to show it. 

Also all that info is in Samsung Health on your phone.
