Why samsung we cannot restore from older watch to newer the data and the faces? Anyone has any idea why?

The newest watches, Watch 4s, work on a different operating system.
UP until Watch 4, Tizen was the operating system.
Now the Watch 4 is WearOS based.

So what will be with all that limited childish faces only exists. From where you download your faces? Seems you have spend sometime on that issue
