Galaxy WatchI purchased my Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra on the release date and qualified for the £100 Play store voucher reward. Went through the process of claiming this and after an email apologising for the delay I received an email stating that my reward was one click away. Well that one click has lasted 3 weeks now, clicking the link takes me to a page stating 'Your request is still being processed, please do not refresh your browser'.
I've messaged Samsung support but unsurprisingly haven't received a response, just tried to call them but they are shut right now.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so did you manage to get it resolved?
