Galaxy WatchAs long as you got it brand new you should have a factory warranty I would suggest contact Samsung support at the link before for help or take it to a service center near you

Galaxy WatchYes, you should still be within the warranty period. Samsung generally offers a one-year warranty for Galaxy Watches, covering manufacturing defects and hardware issues. Since you purchased it 96 days ago, contact Samsung support or visit an authorized service center with your proof of purchase to initiate a warranty claim. They can assess and resolve the issue for you, typically at no charge if it’s a covered defect.
