bough my SAMSUNG Galaxy Watch 6 Bespoke 96 days ago and today the watch doe snot turn on. Can I still claim warranty?

As long as you got it brand new you should have a factory warranty I would suggest contact Samsung support at the link before for help or take it to a service center near you
