Gaming Hub COUPONS Fraud

Trying to figure out why I get Coupons from Gaming Hub almost weekly for 90% OFF Monopoly Go Board app purchase. I go to use it and its only $4. Then I go to use that and Monopoly Go Board is not an eligible app. WHAT IN THE MIND GAMES? Disappointed.

I get those stupid coupons from Gaming Hub as well, and since I do not play games on my phone I just disregard them.
