Coupons in Galaxy Store will not "apply" to the purchases

My Problem:
1. The coupons DO show up when going to "Coupons and Promotional Credits"
2. when making an In-Game purchase from a game that is supported, the coupons DONT show up... even though the coupon says it works for that game ( i tried 3 other games as well)
3. Samsung text support Remotely connected to my device and couldnt figure out why it wasnt showing up and they even stated the Galaxy store must have a bug/glitch.
4. There was somebody else with the SAME exact problem im having and you deleted that post as well... and instead sent us a link to someone who didnt get a coupon... we have the coupons.... THEY, DO, NOT, APPLY, TO, ANYTHING

Hello 0m3n, Welcome to the Community. We know how frustrating it is to not be able to use a coupon.

Make sure all apps are fully updated.

Make sure the coupon appears in the Coupons and promotions section of the Galaxy Store

You can try deleting and reinstalling the game.

Clear the app cache for the apps.

If the coupons still do not apply when making a purchase, we recommend contacting the promotions team by calling 1-866-888-5503.

You can also reach out to Samsung using these steps:

Open the Galaxy Store and select the Menu

Tap the Settings icon in the top corner

Scroll down and select Contact Us

Select Contact us for refund

You will need to sign in to your Samsung account

You will need to change the Inquiry Type from Purchase/Refund

Yes we know. We all got notifications in regards to the coupons not working check notifications. Earlier this year
