My player has stopped reading any discs, including those that have played ok in the past. I have done a factory reset and checked for software update; there was none. Any suggestions please?
Unplugged from wall, no physical power button on this device so just left it for a while. Plugged back in, switched on and everything works! Thank you so much Shafifi.
