Home TheaterSame here with mine in the UK. Couldn't have happened at a worse time when people are having to stay home during this pandemic and are relying on these technologies. Not very Covid supportive is it Samsung?

Home TheaterFrom everybody writing in it looks like it is Samsung. More than a coincidence to have everyone's machine crash at the same time. I agree that it's a terrible time for it to happen. I used my DVD player to watch Netflix and I cannot use it. Maybe I should go to the store and buy a new one, and then return it once this is working. If you buy it at Costco you have 30 days to return it and then they won't sell it again so Samsung will eat it. not the best idea but I can't think of anything else as I find that their inability to write to us and let us know what is happening deplorable. Why do we have to rely on someone who talked to a chat person? Why can't we get someone to talk to us directly? I also find it upsetting to see that the problem has been solved with the big green check mark. If it looks like bull sht and smells like bull sht it must be bull sht.

Home TheaterSamsung is losing its reputation. This is so bad. When are you going to fix this? My Samsung HT j5500w is not working anymore. You should fix this issue or send me a free replacement.

Home TheaterIs Samsung playing some kind of game with consumers? Fix the Home Theaters or we will start a class action suit.
Thank You

Home TheaterMy HT-j5500W home theater became junk last Thursday night. It continually tries to load a dvd and the entire functionality of the system is non-existent. The screen cycles through the main menu, the Samsung logo and a black screen over and over. I wasn't planning to buy a new home theater just now so I am quite annoyed.

Home TheaterI too have had issues with my Samsung menu going to black and then displaying the menu in loops. Mine is the J model series. This started on June 20, 2020. Samsung reps through it's website only states their aware of the issue and has not ETA on a resolution.

Home TheaterI agree, although a coupon for a new Blu-ray player would be great and save all the hassles. Come on Samsung step up to the plate. You've got deep pockets.

Home TheaterIn lieu of a fix, I'll take a coupon for a new Blu-ray player, provided I can buy a Sony, or some other brand. Samsung will have to do some significant work to earn back my trust.
