Can’t get rear speakers and woofer to play

 My lights went out earlier today and tv and sound bar was out my tv and sound bar is back on but the rear speakers and woofer I can't get to come on what am I doing wrong

Reset the devices.

How do I reset woofer the sound bar and rear speakers are working but woofer still not working

unplug the sub for a few minutes. then try reconnecting.
