I’ve had this sound bar for 6 months, and about two months in the button to switch the sound mode stopped working. I figured it was just the remote and dismissed the problem but just today, I held down the button to randomly test it and on the display it said “not available”. I have no idea why it’s not available, maybe some sort of update it needs but I’d really like to get it working again

Please read the link in its entirety to reap the full benefit of the troubleshooting. If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look.
