HW-J370 Wireles Audio - Soundbar not connecting to Receiver Module SWA-7000S

Hi, my shop has just got in a full HW-J370 system which is behaving rather oddly.

When I first turned everything on, the soundbar and remote speaker module was connected wirelessly just fine, but the subwoofer was not connecting. 

I found the manual online and tried the steps they recommend to connect the sub, but somehow, now the soundbar won't talk to the SWA-7000S.  What happens is that, when I turn it on the blue connection light starts blinking immediately.  The soundbar's display says it is searching for the wireless module, but of course never connects.

Does anyone have any idea how to reconnect the two?  Thanks!

I can definitely understand your concern here. Let's try to alleviate some of the stress by trying this link:

If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
