Home TheaterI noticed for about a week or so now that our soundbar has to be turned up much higher than it used to be, we used to have to turn the volume down to a 5-7 to not wake up the toddler at night (and we could easily watch TV that way and hear most everything, now the same volume level can only be obtained at level 15-20 which makes not sense. I thought maybe it was the Fire TV Cube updated and caused an issue but even when watching Youtube through the TV app i'm having the same issue. Nothing has physically changed. I do have a Q90 series TV and the Q900T soundbar

Home TheaterTry unplugging the device then retrying directly into a wall socket, not a surge protector. Also, ensure that the device is fully updated. Does this occur on every source? If not then it may be the source. If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. Send your full model code and serial number via private message to get started.
