I have an HTS-J5500 home theater. At least 3 times in the last 2 weeks I have put a Blu ray in the machine and when the movie started, there *was* sound (music) but no voice. Turning the home theater off and back on solved the problem. Any idea what causes this and can it be permanently fixed?
Hi there, Thanks so much for posting about this. Could you provide a little more information about your whole setup? What devices do you have the home theater connected to, and how are they connected? Also, can you confirm if it is the same disc or different discs each time causing the issue? Lastly, have you checked for software updates on the home theater?
