Samsung MX-JS9500 giga sound not responding

This is a great system but this morning i woke up to it not working at all,no sound,no Bluetooth connection,Connecticut, CD drive wont open and the display screen says "phase". How can i get this fixed

I'm sorry to hear that, If after unplugging and replugging the system up and it still does not work this will require service. This is out of warranty and will require the unit to be sent in for repair. I would recommend contacting our depot center at 310-669-4334 to get the service set up.

i was having tje same issue and i unplugged it for a few weeks and the plugged it in it seems to be working but now the bluetooth randomly disconnects
