I am seeking help/ advice regarding 2023 Samsung Q990C. The hdmi cord has been placed to both eARC placements (tv and soundbar) however no sound comes from the soundbar when on D.IN. There’s sound when I connect bluetooth from my phone, however when I connect Bluetooth from my chrome cast connected to my tv it cuts out and doesn’t load saying there are wifi issues. Is there a manufacturer issue with the hdmi cord that came with the soundbar? How can we fix this?
