Home TheaterI bought a Q990C soundbar on Facebook. The soundbar has the latest firmware 1004, but I would like to reinstall it. Is this possible?
Second.
The previous owner tore off the sticker with the model number and serial number. I registered it in Smartthings as the owner. But it does not show the serial number, I would like to know if it is still under warranty. Shows only the device ID. How can I find out the serial number?

Home TheaterHello! Thank you so much for posting about this. I completely understand your concerns. Unfortunately, the unit doesn't have a warranty if there isn't a sticker however, if the soundbar has the latest firmware 1004 you can't reinstall it because it's up to date. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
