We always use the same wash cycle setting and sometimes the door will pop open upon completion and sometimes it doesn't.  We can't figure out why it's happening. The issue started a few weeks ago. We purchased the dishwasher in June 2021. What are the recommended options to find and/or fix the issue?

If you haven't already done a power cycle (unplugging it or flipping the circuit breaker off for a few minutes and flipping it back on), I suggest trying that. You could also follow the instructions in your user manual (Page 36) to turn the auto-release function off and back on. If those don't fix the issue at hand, service may be required.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one-year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service set up
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
