Bespoke fridge door alarm not working

Hello, 

My fridge is brand new, and my door alarm does not make any sound when left open. I've tried turning the alarm icon on and off, but it doesn't work. I've tried leaving it open for over 4 minutes.  Model number: RF23BB8200QLAA

It sounds like you've already been through the troubleshooting steps we would recommend for this. The next step would be service. You are welcome to reach out to a moderator here or call in to 1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864) to get that setup. However, since you did just recently purchase this fridge, you may want to check with your retailer about exchange options instead.
