Has anyone been able to upload a picture and order custom panels for their refrigerator after it has already been purchased. Just doesn’t seem like it should be this hard

Thanks for the reply. I have tried to use that site. It will take you through the process but once you hit the add to cart button, it returns a page that says your cart is empty. There has to be a way to do this.

Kitchen and Family HubI just spoke with someone in chat about this, and two people on the phone from support - one said it’s a “glitch” that they are aware of but it does not seem they are making any attempt to fix, and those I spoke with on the phone said they cannot help to process an order of these over the phone. So the entire custom panel process is completely unusable. I am not sure why they would have this option if you can’t actually follow through to order. Extremely disappointed.

Kitchen and Family HubI am not able to order the custom panels on the Samsung website either. I also bought the fridge for the custom panel feature. Samsung's customer service/chat help has sent me in circles to different departments for months now. The ice maker is not working as well. The customer service sent me a link to the ice maker trouble shooting section of the manual which I had already referenced and gone through the steps myself. It still isn't working and It's going to take a miracle to get Samsung to get someone out to help fix it.

Kitchen and Family HubThis is so frustrating! I spent hours picking out and designing my custom panels only to find NO way of ordering them. I talked to several customer support specialists and just keep getting transferred to different departments. It seems like they are marketing a product that doesn't exist in the hopes you will buy a fridge and then give up on the custom panel.
