Kitchen and Family HubWhen I Try and use Bixby on my Samsung smart fridge and say "Hi Bixby" it says "Something went wrong please try again later"... How do I fix this so Bixby works and responds to my voice?

Kitchen and Family HubRefrigerator Model #: RF265BEAESR/AA. Screen says "something went wrong. Try again later" when trying to use Bixby. It hears me because it responds with the message. WiFi is on.

Kitchen and Family HubI just got my new RF28N9780SG and just stay at "Hi there! Welcome to the new Bixby" and doesn't not do anything when I press Next. What is the problem??

Kitchen and Family HubI had the same problem. You hv to reset everything. Just like your computer. Log off on your fridge, log out of bixby on your phone & Uninstall the smart things app on your phone. Restart your phone & then reinstall the smart things app on your phone. After doing this, log in to the fridge. You sold be good to go. I did this & Bixby & the fridge are friends again. Lol. I hope this helps.
