Can Family Hub be on two different SmartThings App?

I was curious if a Family Hub be on two different profiles using SmartThings? For instance, the Family Hub is linked to my account, but my wife would like to access to the same features on her phone. Is that possible.

1. signin to familyhub using samsung account #1.

2. Signin to phone #1 smartthings app using Samsung account  #1

3. In the smartthings app, share the location where familyhub is located with Samsung Account #2.

5. Accept the invitation from samsung account #1

6. Access the device at the location.
