PROBLEM: Stuck button error
FIX: The panel detects a button is being continuously touched. This can happen if the panel is wet or if something actually is continuously touching the panel. Make sure the panel is clear of any debris or water droplets, and then restart the cooktop using the Power button.
Hello! Thanks for asking about this. As @GaryB82 said, this is a "stuck button" error. If you've tried the troubleshooting steps GaryB82 provided, but you're still getting the error code, then service would be the next step. There’s a couple options here we can take based on your warranty status.
