Kitchen and Family HubI have a dw80r5060us dishwasher and I noticed a loose piece of rubber in the tub. Upon further inspection I discovered that the lower seal on the inner door was crumbling and falling apart. What is frustrating is to replace the seal I will have to drop over $200 on the entire inner door frame since the seal is part of that. Is there anything Samsung can do? I know it's out of warranty, but I thing a seal like this shouldn't just crumble.

Kitchen and Family HubUnfortunately no. The seal I'm talking about is riveted to the bottom of the inner door panel. Part DD81-02055A
Samsung saw fit to permanently attach the seal to the door panel instead of using screws like some other manufacturers.

Kitchen and Family HubI wonder if there is anyway to replace it with another seal using screws and make it work. Anyone have any luck doing that?
