Kitchen and Family HubI completely understand how frustrating this must be.
Check the seals and the hinges around the oven. Make sure that nothing is causing it not to close properly.
Make sure that there are no damages to the door, the handle, or the hinge. If there are any damages service is required.
If you have checked everything above and the door is still not closing properly service may be required. Below are a few service options for you:
- If the unit was professionally installed contact your installers first and have them take a look at the unit.
- If the unit was not professionally installed feel free to reach out to your retailer and see if they can send a professional installer for you.
- Since your unit was just purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange process.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can private message one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service set up. http://bit.ly/33ipYnO
