Kitchen and Family HubThis shouldnāt be happening I would suggest contacting support / Tech Support and schedule to have it checked to see what could be causing this to happen.

Kitchen and Family HubYes, ours did back in August and it caught on fire. Thanfully the fire deparment came and the fire was contained but the oven is ruined. The fire deparment confirmed it wasn't an electrical issue nor was it gas related. Samsung has sent 6 technicians and they've told us it wasn't our fault based of the way the unit burned and Samsung continues to deny the claim due to the unit supposedly being burned due to cooking. No one was home, we've recorded the technicians that have came and shown Samsung and they continue to deny our claim. It's been really frustrating and dissapointing. We purchased the Bespoke 30 in. 6.0 cu. ft. 5 Burner Smart Slide-In Gas Range. Which gas range do you have?

Kitchen and Family HubI have the same range and have found that you can start the oven by accident. Scenario one - you or animal or child tap the control knob 1 time - oven menu appears - tap the knob a 2nd time it sets up whatever option was shown on the menu - third tap of the dial starts the oven at that setting. So a butt bump, a child just banging at it or an animal hitting it 3 times in a row will start the oven. With our galley kitchen, standing back from the fridge will butt bump the knob.
2nd scenario - Open the oven door - oven menu appears - then tap it twice.
That is a design flaw and potential safety issue as you should HAVE to press and hold the start/stop button on the control panel to actually start the oven and I'd make a report to the CPSC about it as it caused you damage.
