Kitchen and Family HubI need to run a forced defrost. Previously you could do this through the Engineering Menu (Open Fridge Manager app and tap the top corners in sequence... left right left right left right... all within 3 seconds.)
After the latest software update this does not work anymore.
How is it accessed now?

Kitchen and Family HubI have the exact same issue. Old way of entering engineer mode to force defrost no longer works since update. Link provided by SamsungGill has nothing to do with entering engineer mode and force defrosting icemaker.
