Thank you Gary- I meant Samsung. We have a 4 year old model NX58J5600SG/AA. The igniter has gone out & has had to be replaced 3x in the past year and Samsung Support only directed me to call a technician for a $150. The problem with that is I just replaced the igniter and if I wait until it goes out again, the technician will come out and tell me my igniter needs to be replaced. Im hoping someone can give some insite as to why this keeps happening. Thank you!
