My vacuum won't work and constantly says something is caught in the right wheel. There is nothing caught in the wheel. What can I do. I talked to Samsung support and they said it's warranty expired in March 2023 even though I bought it and registered it in June 2023. So they won't honor the warranty or stand behind their product. Is there a hard reset on the vacuum that may fix it?
