Mold in ice

Mold keeps coming out my Samsung family hub ice. I already cleaned the ice maker and water seems clean, ice is coming out with mold spots on top… it doesn’t look safe at all. What can I do?

Contact samsung since I don't think there's a way you can open to the internals of the ice maker/refrigerator.
