NE595R0ABSR not heating to proper temp, unable to enter diagnostics

I have tried to enter diagnostics using CLOCK 1234 Enter then hold clock+1 for several seconds. ALSO tried Clock1234 Enter then CUSTOM COOK+0 for several seconds. Would like to try to recalibrate oven sensor. Can anyone help?
