NX58M6630SS slow to preheat, how do i fix this?

What is an average preheat time on the gas oven?  

Because we've noticed for a while it seems to be slow...I just timed it.

18 minutes to get to 350.  28 minutes to get to 450.  

Half an hour to preheat?  Something doesn't seem right.
