Kitchen and Family HubI sent my vacuum to Samsung for repair with the soft action brush, however, when i got the vacuum back, they sent me back the turbo action brush. it has been over a month and i have called and talked to support agents so many times. they keep closing the ticket and saying that the soft action brush is not free of charge. My point is that Samsung never gave me back my soft action brush and will NOT send me back my brush or give me one as a replacement for their own mistake. Can somebody help with this? this is very frustrating.
