I have RF263BEAESR/AA that was purchased back in 2017 or 2018 from Costco.
It was working fine until this morning, the refrigerator won't cool the fridge and freezer. The light turns on but no cooling at all. everything melted in the freezer.
Is there any way to diagnose what is wrong with the refrigerator? a lot of other models have error codes showing so it is easier, I am not sure how or where to start without calling the repair service and paying.
The website indicates that this is out of warranty period so I guess I barely got 7 years of usage and probably gotta buy a new one.
