Range clock will not stay on.

I have a brand new Bespoke gas range - NSG6DG8700SRAA.  The clock will not stay on.  The display times out after a few minutes.  I would like the clock lit 24/7.

how do i turn of the oven light...the oven light stays on after the oven times out. They need an firmware software update already!

I am so frustrated that the clock does not remain on. What engineer  thought that this was a good idea.  We also find the stove's programing is difficult to operate. If I had realized how difficult is was to operate and that the clock does not stay on I would never have bought this stove. There are lot of choices in the market and this would not be on my list.

Same stove, same complaint. Ridiculous that the clock won’t remain on. “Waking it up” is useless because it automatically goes into cook choice mode not clock mode

why isn’t Samsung addressing this??
