Kitchen and Family HubSamsung refrigerator recently started trying to connect to devices via easy connection, it tries and then fails, not sure why this started but does anyone know how i can turn off easy connection on my refrigerator to make this stop, settings does not seem to have an option that i can find.
Plus how can I delete the apps provided by samsung and download apps i wish to have?

It is likely the easy connection feature is enabled in the SmartThings app. If this is the case, you can reach out to our dedicated SmartThings team for assistance in disabling this feature. You can reach them directly by calling 1-866-813-2404. If that is not the case, or you are unsure, could you please provide the full model number for your refrigerator, so that we can look into this further?
Lastly, some preloaded apps do not have the option to be uninstalled. However, this link will walk you through how to delete any apps that can be removed.

Kitchen and Family HubReposting as this was not resolved.
Previously, my samsung refrigerator started trying to connect to devices via easy connection, it tries and then fails, I manually reconnect to smart things but this tends to last less than a day and then it starts all over again trying to use easy connection. It still does this.
Now the refrigerator logs me off my samsung account.
Wifi is still connected, no problems there. Refrigerator model number is RF22R7551SR. I tried a restart and this did not change anything. Feel like this is a software problem. Thinking of doing a full factory reset.
Any ideas.

Kitchen and Family HubThank you for reaching back out. Sorry about the trouble! Can you make sure that you are logged into the same account as the account logged into the mobile in Family Hub?
Here's the steps to log out and back in using the same account:
Settings > Samsung Account> Logout > Reboot > Setting > Samsung Account > Login
If this doesn't help, can you please send us a private message? We'd like to look into this a little further.
In your message please include a screenshot of the error message you're receiving, along with Your Samsung Account information, and Family hub MAC address info.

Kitchen and Family HubNo need to log out of samsung account, the refrigerator does not stay logged in for very long. I only have one account so no issues there. Not sure what reboot means above, there is a restart which i have tried with no success.
How do i send you a private message?
