Kitchen and Family HubRS27T5200SR Side by side fridge bought earlier this year. It has stopped dumping ice Into the bucket. I have to press the test button everytime to dump the ice. Fridge has been reset(unplugged for two hours).
anyone know a fix regarding this? Thanks!

If troubleshooting does not correct the issue, the next recommended step is to have a technician service the unit.
