Kitchen and Family HubI have a French Door refrigerator, the frame that holds the glass on bottom shelf that connects the drawers broke. Who can I call to replace and what could it cost? Why did this happen?

Kitchen and Family HubThank you for response. I can’t figure how this happened. I am not happy about it. Think appliances are made cheaply these days even though costs are high 😢

Kitchen and Family HubMost refrigerator parts are self serviceable, especially the cabinet components. There are many YouTube videos on stuff like this but, first, you would have to obtain the part. My French door is at least 10 years old and, so far, nothing in the interior has broken. I did have a minor repair of a fan behind the back wall, but I replaced the door mullion (the part betwern the doors) by myself after buying the part on Amazon. You may be able to find a parts list at Samsung parts website or in your manual.
