Kitchen and Family HubWe purchased the Family HUB seven years ago! Now, the technology is old and does not function! We paid top dollar for this refrigerator and feel cheated. We would like to exchange it for a new one.

At the time of your purchase depending on what model you purchased it was the top of the line at the time. As 7 years have passed newer models have come out. If you wish to purchase one you can do so on our website samsung.com or any local retailer.
