Samsung Finance not crediting cancelled order (refunds)

I refused delivery of a refrigerator, and samsung.com indicates that the order was successfully refunded. I initially saw the refund amount marked as ‘pending’ in my TD account for one week, but it has since disappeared. Despite this, samsung.com still reflects that the refund was processed successfully.

After contacting TD Bank, I was informed that Samsung may not have fully completed the refund process. I have raised a ticket with Samsung and escalated the issue. 

This happened for all other refunds in the last 1-2 weeks. Showing pending for few days and then disappear.
