Kitchen and Family HubOven not working. Was texting back and forth with Samsung and after an hour they sent me a link to the owners manuel which of course I checked first. Evidently I’m in demo mode but all attempts have failed.

Kitchen and Family HubHi there, I'm so sorry for any confusion about this. The steps to turn off demo mode can actually be found on page 28 of the user manual (linked below). Here are the steps you'll need to take:
1. Press and hold the "Clock" button for 3 seconds.
2. Press up or down to set the number to 0.
3. Press "START/SET" to enter to the Demo mode settings.
4. Press up or down to select Off or On.
5. Press "START/SET" to save the change.
