Kitchen and Family HubJust under 5 years ago we bought a suite of Samsung Appliances (January 2019) . We have already needed to replace the refrigerator due to the faulty ice maker. Samsung was very good about working with us, even though it was very time consuming and frustrating.
Now, the microwave has stopped heating. Power is on, turntable spins but no heat. The fuses and door latches are good. It doesn't make sense at this point to pay for an expensive repair.
I have been a loyal Samsung fan, e.g. phone, smart watch, appliances, vacuum etc. Will Samsung step up again with customer support?
