Kitchen and Family HubMy stove is brand new purchased 3 weeks ago and we had a blackout that caused the panel to go out. When it came back on it will no longer allow us to enter the clock time. When you hold the settings button for 3 seconds the number 1 comes up instead of the ā and if you enter a time it either defaults to -1 or -12 or off then if you hit start it just goes back to the defaulted time from the blackout.
how can I reset it?

Kitchen and Family HubHi there @Xtine10003! Welcome to the community. In order to reset the range, you'll need to flip the circuit breaker for 60 seconds. If the panel is still unresponsive after flipping the breaker, service would be the next suggested step. If that ends up being the case, please send us a private message with your model and serial number and we can begin setting that up for you.
Get back to us as soon as you can!

Kitchen and Family HubThis did not work. We flipped the breaker and the stove came right back on and when you hold the settings button the number 1 comes up if you hit 1 then -12 comes up.
