The lower left side of my freezer in my refrigerator stopped working. Initially it was producing less ice. Then I noticed the ice was melting. Now it is not getting cool or cold at all. Doesn't matter what temp I change it to is doesn't get cold let alone cold enough to freeze anything. It was purchased September 2021 after moving into my current home. Bought direct from Samsung. Never had any issues until now.

Hi @useraNitjBIf0V

Unfortunately, it does sound to me like a technician visit might be needed to determine the cause and advise on your repair options. Even though your unit is likely out of warranty by now, I believe Samsung can still help you get in contact with an authorized technician in the area, so I recommend reaching out to them first to see what they have to offer.

(Note. This is by no means a definitive answer. I suggest you continue to search for possible solutions on the web, in addition to these forums. Might be something you can fix yourself. If you need parts, you can check on https://samsungparts.com/)
